Leadership. Experience. Proven success.

Coach Scott Redding leads the next generation as USL Academy U20 Head Coach for East Atlanta FC, while also serving as an Assistant Coach for the East Atlanta FC USL2 squad—bridging the gap between development and the next level.

A former NCAA Division I player at Wofford College, Coach Scott helped guide championship teams and played a role in the program’s first-ever NCAA Tournament appearance, all while earning academic honors.

His coaching journey includes major success at Emory Oxford College, contributing to a National Championship Finalist run, multiple All-Americans, and a #2 national ranking—earning Regional Assistant Coach of the Year recognition along the way.

He also made a strong impact with the Georgia Revolution, earning Player of the Year honors and later leading teams to championship success as a coach.

With top-level licenses, advanced education, and a relentless commitment to development, Coach Scott is building players who are ready for the next step—on and off the pitch.

Experience. Passion. Leadership at the next level.

Coach Jennifer “Jenn” Kirby serves as an Assistant Coach for East Atlanta FC’s USL2 squad, playing a vital role in preparing players for the highest levels of competition while helping shape the culture of the club.

A USSF A Licensed Coach and USSF Talent ID Scout, Coach Jenn brings a proven track record of identifying and developing players—guiding them on their journey to collegiate and professional opportunities.

With experience across both academy and first-team environments, she is deeply involved in training sessions, match preparation, player development, and talent identification, ensuring every player is pushed, prepared, and progressing.

Her impact goes far beyond the pitch. Based in Flowery Branch, she continues to invest in the next generation through coaching, while balancing life as a dedicated wife and proud mom of four. As a dual German-American citizen, Coach Jenn brings a global perspective and relentless energy to everything she does.
